Welcome to EF Print Hut! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services provided by EF Print Hut (“we,” “our,” “us”).
1.2 By accessing our website, making a purchase, or using our printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
2.1 We specialize in custom T-shirt and apparel printing. Product images shown are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in color, size, and print placement.
2.2 Custom designs provided by customers must not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining the proper rights to use submitted artwork.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
3. Orders & Payment
3.1 All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3.3 Bulk/wholesale orders may require a deposit and will be subject to separate agreements.
4. Printing & Quality
4.1 We make every effort to ensure high-quality printing; however, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the printing process.
4.2 We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork (e.g., spelling mistakes, low-resolution images).
4.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing digital proofs (if provided) before final approval.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Standard delivery times vary depending on order size and shipping destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
5.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
6.2 Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt and must include photo evidence.
6.3 If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on our website, including logos, images, and product designs created by us, remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7.2 By submitting designs for printing, you grant us the right to use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, EF Print Hut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 We collect and process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
