Returns & Refunds Policy

At EF Print Hut, every T-shirt and apparel item we create is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. Please read our policy carefully:
All Sales Are Final
Since our products are printed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Misprinted
The wrong size/design (caused by our error)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details (design files, colors, sizes, and shipping addresses).
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors in customer-submitted artwork, spelling mistakes, or incorrect sizes chosen at checkout.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued for approved defective or incorrect items.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges since all items are made-to-order. If you need a different size or color, a new order must be placed.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If confirmed lost, we may replace or refund your order.
