At EF Print Hut, we work hard to get your custom T-shirts and apparel to you quickly and safely. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is received.
Standard processing/production time is 5-7 days, depending on order size and design complexity.
Express delivery is available on request, please contact us for further information.
Bulk/wholesale orders may require additional time; we’ll let you know before confirming.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Domestic: 2-3 business days
International: Please contact us for delivery times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide!
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
